1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Believe in Humanity Trust are non-refundable, whether made online, offline, or in-kind. Once a donation is received and the payment is processed, it cannot be refunded.

2. Errors in Donation

If you believe that an error has been made in your donation or the donation amount was incorrect due to technical or human error, please notify us immediately. We will review the issue and, if found valid, process a correction or refund at our sole discretion.

3. Duplicate Transactions

If you accidentally make a duplicate donation, we request that you contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After verifying the details, we will process a refund for the extra amount.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (in rare and justified cases) will be made using the original method of payment and may take up to 7–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Tax Exemption

If a refund is issued, the corresponding tax exemption certificate will become invalid, and the donor must not use it for tax benefit purposes.
